Russia has condoled national mourning on Wednesday in connection with the deaths in the fire. Flowers show respect for thousands of people killed in different cities of the country. As well as those who have neglected this incident, have been asked to dismiss them and a thorough investigation of the incident. The same program is observed in Russian embassies located in different countries.

The incident took place on Sunday in a shopping mall in the city of Siberia's Kemarovo. At least 64 people were killed in this. Of these, 41 were children. Still others are missing.

The AFP report said that five people have been arrested so far. Among them, the head of the building and owner of the building is also the head of the company. Winter Cherry, the Mall, started its journey in 2013. There are many more movies, restaurants, steam baths, entertainment for small children, and more to entertain children. The fire started in the top floor of the shopping mall. Many people were watching movies during the event.
The investigating team said the security guard failed to play the warning signal during the fire. Alongside, the building's emergency exit routes and cinema hall gates were also closed. However, the real cause of the fire is yet to be known. It is believed that a baby had cigarette lighter. Fire may start from the time of the game.
Prior to this, Putin's anti-Putin leader Alexei Navalny paid tribute to the victims of Moscow Square on Tuesday. During this time many people there were seen slogans demanding removal of Kemarovo's regional governor Aman Taliev. It is alleged that Taleev, who has been in power since 1997, did not go to the spot after the fire and did not take any action to bring the situation under control.

However, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the site on Tuesday. He said he was 'criminal negligence' behind the incident. At this time, he said, 'It is not a war or a methane gas explosion in the mine. People, children come here to come to the airport. We're talking about casualties. Why did we lose them? This incident happened only because of criminal negligence and inadequacy. "Putin also provided guidance to the governor there in this regard.
Soon after Sunday's incident, hundreds of people were seen protesting in various places in Russia. International media say that the protests are still going on. They blamed the regional government for this failure.

It is said that this is the most deadly fire incident in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

The Kemarovow area, known as Russia's one of the largest coal producing regions, 2,200 meters before the capital Moscow.

Earlier in March 2015, 11 people were killed in a fire at the shopping mall in Russia's Kazan. In 2013, two fire incidents took place in the country. Both are in the hospital. In April and September, 38 and 37 people died in the fire incident.
